DELEGATION CARS

Decals for delegation to enter the pick up/drop off point located in front of the entrance trough the Krolak Tunnel (Gate 1) and for underground parking slots

Those decals will be given directly by the UN Security:

Underground parking will be available through Gate 7 from Siwca Street, after security check. Only driver may be present inside, no passengers!

DELEGATION CARS

Coaches, minibuses and other delegation cars will be given other decals which allow to enter only the pick up/drop-off point located in front of the entrance trough the Krolak Tunnel (Gate 1)

Dedicated parking slots will be made available in front of the Krolak Tunnel (Gate 1)

These type of decals will be given by the Ministry of Environment of Poland

VIP LOUNGE FOR DELEGATIONS

During the COP19/CMP9 Conference, Government of Poland will not provide the VIP lounge services for the delegations

Delegations may use the VIP airport lounge on commercial basis (direct contact with VIP Lounge needed)

Only Heads of State/Government will be provided by the host country with VIP Lounge Services, including Diplomatic Protocol

Conference participants from 4th to 24rd November are able to use public transport free of charge, provided they present a conference identification badge bearing their name and photo

Participants may use all types of public transport in Warsaw, including buses, trams, metro and Warsaw Fast City Rail (SKM trains)

From 11 to 22 November a special night bus line will be launched, running from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. with frequency:• Every 30 minutes in the first week (11th – 16th November)• Every 15 minutes in the second week (18th – 22nd November)

Special night bus line stop will be located at the front of Gate 11 – right from the main exit at Gate 1

Special night bus route will link the National Stadium and the City Centre with final (hub) stop at Emilii Plater Street, between the Palace of Culture and Science and the Warsaw Central Railway Station. At this hub stop participants will be able to catch other city night bus lines.
