1. Steel quality All steels are purchased from Chinese branches or its designated agents of

world famous steel plants, the heat treatment service is also provided by steel supplier together, also attach certificate of purchase and heat treatment QC report for examination. We have already carried out this procurement method for many years, thereby we have enough confidence with our guarantee for tooling life on the quality of steel and heat treatment.

2. Manufacturing quality A reasonably optimal design scheme is the key of producing a high quality die casting mold. More

than 90% of our produced die casting molds can be directly into mass production after T1 and perform excellently. We carried out project leader system, who will be responsible for the whole machining process, like drawing, inspection, and etc. The project leader system can make responsibilities clear and convenient for longitudinal management, performance inspection.

Precisioner started exporting die casting molds since 2009 and have already exported more than

3. Production quality we think highly of prophase design and spend much effort in analysis,

discussion and modification to make the design scheme can avoid or prevent potential problem that will happen during mass production. We have lowest guaranteed tooling life for each mold, whose actual shots in production is mostly higher than this guarantee.

1. Mold cost: For each project, we will provide our idea of one optimal scheme, which

means we will find the balance between mold price and part price. Transparent mold cost is part of our operation principles.
