• Scaption• External Rotation• Push Ups Plus• Sleeper stretch
Scaption
• No shrugging• Raise arms at 45 degree angle, leading with thumbs• Raise to shoulder height, then slowly lower to hips
External Rotation
• Towel roll under elbow• Keep shoulder blade stable, “down and back”• Don’t “roll” your shoulder
Push Up Plus
• Lean onto table/counter/couch• Lower into a push up and return• Finish with a “plus” – Push mid-back outward
