Created in 1996 and based in Bretagne, BRETAGNETRUITE Company gathers today 28 farms. We arespecialized in rainbow trouts slaughtering, processingand merchandising.
Our structure allows a total control of the supply chainfrom breeding to transformation and delivery. Theprocessing plant is fully automated using the latesttechniques in modern processing.
Supplied by our own farms, our trouts are kept alive atthe plant in stalling pools. The delay between slaughterand cold storage is less than one hour, ensuring totalfreshness.
We offer a wide range of products: guted trouts, organictrouts, fillets, roes, eggs …
