EVERYTHING FROM A SINGLE SOURCE

We have been a sound and solvent partner for precast reinforced concrete construction for more than 60 years. We erect buildings up to any performance limit required.

The precast concrete elements for our con-struction projects are designed and produced at our own works, which is one of the largest and most modern precast reinforced concrete plants in the world. Many of the precast elements are based on our own designs and patents.

With a portfolio of more than 2,500 facilities – every single one completed successfully on deadline – we are a powerful partner for cli-ents in industry, logistics and trade.

All the expertise needed for contract execution is available in-house. Our team of around 350 employees, including 100 graduate engineers and architects for design, structural analysis and project implementation, are distinguished by their high qualifications.

BREMER creates turnkey facilities, if required, and also acts as general contractor. The result, for example, is a modern stadium with a ca-pacity of approx. 25,000, constructed in 15 months for a price of around € 23 million.

A medium-scale company with an internation-al orientation and annual revenues of € 300 million, we operate throughout Europe under the central management of our head office in Paderborn.

Our top priority is full satisfaction for every client.

STADIUMS AND ARENAS

Customised, efficient andcompleted on deadline

Solid, systemised precast construction is parti-cularly well suited for the creation of stadiums and arenas. Our method of construction not only provides endless scope for customised de-sign but also permits the economical realisa-tion of sports and event facilities on any scale.

BREMER constructed the first small arena-style stadium in Germany that meets all national and international soccer association stipula-tions. Its modern Bundesliga-standard specifi-cations include a pitch with undersoil heating, sprinkler system and rolled turf.

Apart from realising stands with seating and standing space tailored to individual require-ments, stadium construction also involves creat- ing function buildings for team rooms, VIP areas, catering facilities and office premises as well as fan shops and the whole range of facilities for media coverage of events.

As general contractor, BREMER offers full turn-key solutions from a single source. Innovative design and end-to-end planning provide the sound foundation needed for efficient con-struction based on BREMER‘s own precast con-crete construction patents.

Your benefits• Design, fabrication and assembly from a single source• Solid construction • League-standard and FIFA-compliant specifications• Very short construction period• Integration of exterior facilities and gardens • Upgradeable at any time

Versatile, flexible and upgradeable

BREMER STADIUM TYPES

BREMER STADIUM TYPES

BREMER stadiums and arenas are available in three types, offering lots of design options for seating and standing plans. What is special about our stadium concepts is their flexibility. They are designed from the outset with pos-sible upgrades in mind, so they are already primed to meet future needs. At the same time, we also take account of function buildings and the special requirements they need to meet to cater for players, VIPs and the media.

The three stadium types, with different capa-cities, not only fulfil all international soccer association requirements; they can also be upgraded to accommodate more spectators in the future.

BREMER arena construction is based on ground-breaking systemised precast construc-tion patents that permit smaller stadiums and arenas to be realised within a short construc-tion period on unbeatable terms. Depending on requirements, the facilities can also be used for other sporting or cultural events.

BREMER constructs turnkey facilities and sup-plies all services, including finishing work, from a single source.

PADERBORN ARENA

The Arena in Paderborn is built to meet all the specifications of the DFB, DFL and FIFA. The exterior walls are completely closed for bet-ter noise abatement. The pitch is furnished with undersoil heating, a sprinkler system and rolled turf. The function building offers space for club offices and catering.

The BREMER construction method is unique in Germany. The Paderborn Arena is the first small closed-design stadium that fulfils all soc-cer association guidelines and complies with the latest Bundesliga standards. It has thus been selected as a DFL reference facility for out-standing cost/benefit performance as well as efficient stadium construction and operation.

OFFENBACH STADIUM

14

With four stands and open corners, the new Offenbach Stadium is a British-style facility. It accommodates around 20,500 spectators and meets all the requirements of the national soccer associations as well as FIFA. Standing space, for around 9,500, is comparatively generous and, in line with tradition, partially located around the centre line.

One of the special features of this project is that the construction schedule runs through the fixture season. The speed and precision of the BREMER construction method makes it possi-ble for stands to be erected in four construc-tion phases without interfering with matches. Architectural accents such as the “drawer“ in the grandstand increase the 2nd floor business area to more than 1,500 square metres.

For the Auestadion in Kassel, BREMER cons-tructed a new roofed grandstand as well as a three-storey function building that meets all the specifications of the DFB, DFL and German Athletics Association. The facility is thus suit-able for use not only for soccer but also as a venue for athletic championship events, which require significantly more changing facilities, media rooms and sanitary facilities.

The new stand offers seating for more than 2,600 spectators, with dedicated seating ar-eas for VIPs and press. Realised by BREMER as a turnkey contract, it was completed – right down to the finishing work – in just eight months.

The new grandstand for the Münster Stadium incorporates not only a stand roof but also a three-storey function building designed to meet DFB and DFL requirements. Among other things, it offers space for up to 700 VIP guests and was completed within a construction peri-od of just six months. The 3,000 capacity stand, including roof, was finished in six months.

BREMER was awarded the contract because its bid was within the € 5 million budget limit. The competing bid was € 1 million more. In the case of Münster Stadium, BREMER again performed all the architectural design and de-tail planning work as well as all engineering services and handed over the new grandstand as a turnkey facility.

THE PRINCIPLE SOLID CONSTRUCTION TO PERFECTION

The BREMER PRINCIPLE

BREMER constructs buildings for trade and industry entirely of precast reinforced concreteelements, including walls and foundations. They can be realised optionally as

• shell projects • extended shell projects • rainproof building projects • semi-turnkey building packages • or full turnkey building packages

The decision is yours!Shell, extended shell, rainproof building, semi-turnkey building package or full turnkey building package – all options are available and the performance limits and interfaces are clearly defined.

The advantages for you • Precast reinforced concrete elements fabricated at our own works with the benefit of 60 years of experience, some units based on patents held by BREMER itself• Buildings made to exceptionally high quality standards, solid construction with a structure comprised of long-life building materials • Full management by BREMER – our team includes architects, structural engineers and building service engineers with years of experience in precast construction
