PAA

Inter-sector policy that promotes the human right to adequatefood (“Direito Humano à Alimentação Adequada” - DHAA), withfood purchased from family farming.

Tool for the strengthening of family farming and at the sametime for the promotion of access to food by the food andnutrition facilities and the social assistance network.

The Program was created in 2003 by articulation with the civilsociety through CONSEA, within the Zero Hunger Plan.
