Introduction
01
Haryana Skill Development Mission (HSDM) has been established in May 2015 by State Government with an aim to empower youth to take part in the economic and all around growth of HARYANA AND INDIA. The Mission is a single point of contact within the Government to formulate and steer skill development schemes across the Department. HSDM acts as an integrated mission which combines the efforts of various State Departments in achieving the skill development target of the State.
The tools and guidelines presented in this manual should enable us to do so more effectively as these ensure a clear communication of the key messages with one voice and as one brand. By defining guidelines it is ensured that information about the schemes is communicated in a uniform way to different stakeholders in the state. Without guidelines Information Education & Communication (IEC) of the schemes become diluted, lacks focus and impact.
All the Training Partners shall abide with these & read and implement these in conjunction with HSDM Implementation guidelines.
HSDM has all the rights to revise these guidelines at any given point of time.
