STRATEGICALLY In reviewing CWEA materials, it was clear that there was not continuity in the visual identity of the organization nor the persona, or voice, of the organization. The visuals did not reflect the leadership, efficacy, expertise, goals and passion that is so clear when you speak to our members or review our strategic plan.
