Eric Smith most recently served as Director of Marketing Effectiveness and Online Retail Analytics for Philips Consumer Lifestyle of North America, in which capacity he spearheaded the organization’s transformation from traditional business management, tracking and metrics to the digitalal realm with real-time, progressive data and analytics. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013 he ran Phillips’ E-commerce operations. Earlier in his career he worked at Procter & Gamble.
