Kuisioner Pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan
Pembelian Produk Energen di Kota Semarang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kesadaran dan citra akan
merek Energen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen dikota Semarang.
Penjelasan Singkat :
Pengertian:
1. Brand Awareness atau dalam bahasa yang lebih dikenal yaitu kesadaran merek
sebagai kesanggupan seorang calon pembeli untuk mengenali atau mengingat
kembali, bahwa suatu merek merupakan bagian dari kategori produk tertentu.
Pengenalan dan pengingatan merek kepada masyarakat merupakan hal yang
sangat penting bagi perusahaan, karena dengan hal ini akan menentukan langkah
perusahaan selanjutnya dalam menetapkan strategi pasar.
2. Brand Image sebagai persepsi konsumen tentang suatu merek sebagai refleksi
dari asosiasi merek yang ada pada pikiran konsumen.
3. Keputusan Pembelian adalah kegiatan individu yang secara langsung terlibat
dalam mendapatkan barang yang di tawarkan.
