OVERVIEW:This program is designed to expose participants to the various methods available for the effective and efcient resolution of disputes other than courts processes, such as arbitration and mediation. DR. OSAHON JEREMIE I. OGBEIWI, MBBS, MCommH, MA, PhD.He is the executive Director of Facnders CSL. A UK based consulting rm.He Brings in over 20 years working experience in various professional, programme management and data analyst roles with The Leprosy Mission International, UK (TLM), different Ministries at State and Federal levels in Nigeria, Npower (UK) Ltd and Diamond Resorts International (UK). He worked in various positions from State Project manager to National and later Regional Director covering 15 countries in Africa. He also worked as International Data Analyst, collaborating with the TLM Evaluation and Monitoring service, Netherlands. His extensive international work includes planning, monitoring and evaluation and capacity building jobs done in Bangladesh, Brazil, DR Congo, Ethiopia, India, Mozambique, Malaysia, Netherlands, Niger, Nigeria, South Africa, Sudan, Uganda, United Kingdom, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
AHMED BALUCHMr Baluch is a specialist in the area of Human Resources Management, as well as the soft skills required for people to be able to excel in the work place. He has done vast work in the areas of Strategy, Corporate Governance, Emotional Intelligence as well as Contemporary Management in general. These skills are brought to bear on his jobs with us. Mr Baluch also runs a consultancy rm based in Dubai, UAE, called Sinewave, where he is involved majorly in recruitment for the many companies in Dubai's ever-growing corporate sector.
MIKE STRAWSONMike is a world-renowned international trade expert with over 40 years experience in the eld. He is also the Managing Consultant of The Export Trainers Ltd based in Lincoln, UK, as well as being a revered member of our faculty. At Global Analytics, Mike handles very important aspects of our International Trade and Exports programs. He also facilitates for several chambers of Commerce across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Mike is an accredited trainer under the JETS scheme and has contributed to the growth of many international initiatives around the world.
EHIDIAMEN KENNETHKenneth is a private trainer/speaker and coach; he poses an MBA degree (human resource management) from a prestigious institution. He has over 15 years experience in Banking, nance, Agric and Agro Allied, renewable energy, Hr, management and SME Start-ups. He is a member of CIBN and an Associate Chartered Economics.
DR MOHAN CHANDERDr Chander worked in Human Resources for over 25 years. His forte is in Human Capital Management, Career Development, Change Management and Strategy. Dr Chander was for many years, the Head Training at Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai, UAE. He was also a lecturer at the Institute of Management Technology, Dubai UAE as well as being a facilitator for many top-notch organisations, where he has coached executives and managers alike. He is Executive Director at Haines Management Consulting, a global organisation which is at the cutting edge of management research.

DR. ABDULRAUF ALIYUAbdulrauf Aliyu is an experienced researcher and freelance Consultant/Management Trainer. His research focuses on how to build state capabilities to deliver results, management in developing countries and public sector reform, particularly participatory governance in developing and transitional governments. Specic emphasis lies on the informal institutional context of reform, how to drive government performance, as well as leadership structures within government-wide networks. His researches were developed out of his consulting engagements with state and federal government organisations in Nigeria and more recently from his works when he was a Ph.D candidate with the Department of Public Administration at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Abdulrauf holds a B.Sc in Economics and MPA (Public Financial Management) from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a Masters in Development Studies (Development Policy Planning and Management) and a Doctorate degree (Ph.D) in Public Administration (Public Finance) with focus on forging a theoretical understanding of the nontechnical factors inuencing the success of public nancial management reforms in Nigeria.
Over the course of his career which spans banking, marketing communication, economic research and management consulting/training, he also attended executive education programmes on business process improvement, strategy and performance management, Quality management and Service Excellence at the Lagos Business School and Phillips Consulting among several others.
PROF SRI KANDIAHSri Kandiah is a highly experienced veteran in the eld of management, where he has worked in developing the management and leadership skills of several corporations and governmental agencies, including Fortune 500 companies. His vast experience has seen him working in over 5 continents in more than four decades.
