' Ensure the trampoline has been assembled correctly, as per the instructions in the manual.

' lt is essential that the intended site for this trampoline is completely flat and level. lf theground is un-level this will cause movement in the frame and could cause stress on thejoined sections.

. This Trampoline is NOT to be used by children under 6 YEARS OF AGE.

. DO NOT exceed the recommended MAXIMUM WEIGHT limit of 100KGS.

. DO NOT allow more than one person on the trampoline at a time.

' Before trampoline, inspect and replace any worn, defective or missing parts.. ALWAYS wear socks when using the trampoline.. NEVER wear footwear (e.9. shoes) when using the trampoline.. DO NOT wear glasses or helmets when using the trampoline.. ALWAYS remove jewellery before using the trampoline.. ALWAYS jump in the middle of the trampoline bed.. DO NOT fall or bounce on your knees, this can cause injury.. DO NOT somersault- this can cause serious injury.

' DO NOT allow other persons to go under, sit, stand or lie on the frame pads whilst thetrampoline is in use.

' Children MUST NEVER use the trampoline unless supervised by a responsible adult withknowledge of trampoline use.

' Ensure the trampoline is on level ground with a minimum of 2M clear space around the sides,7M clear height space above and that nothing is under the trampoline.

. Mount and dismount the trampoline with care as injury may result.

. DO NOT use the trampoline in wet or windy conditions.

' DO NOT use the trampoline when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication, whichmay impair the jumper's judgment.

' IMPORTANT - You must not use the trampoline if you have a medical history of neck or backinjuries or a mental or physical condition - these could cause injury.

. DO NOT use the trampoline if you have high blood pressure.

' Please read and refer to other warnings and use information in the instructions before use. Please retain this information for future reference.

Care & Use' This trampoline must be assembled by an adult. They must be erected exactly in accordance

with the assembly instructions. Enlisting the aid of a helper will make assembly easier. Thispack may contain small parts and is not suitable for children under 36 months until fullyassembled.

' Please take care during assembly as the manufacturing process can sometimes result in theoccasional sharp edge and small pieces of waste metalwork. The use of gloves to protectyour hands from pinch points during assembly is also recommended. Should there be anymissing parts; the toy must not be used until replacement parts have been fitted.

The trampoline must always be used in a well-lit area. Under no circumstances should it bepositioned on a hard surface such as concrete or asphalt, unless the ground under thetrampoline plus the recommended free space area is covered with a safety surface (pleaserefer to Page 4). Examples of suitable surfaces are grass, sand or a play surface intended forthis use.

HIGH WINDS - lt is possible for the trampoline to be blown about by high wind. lf youanticipate high winds, the trampoline should be moved to a sheltered location, or bedisassembled.

Usage' This trampoline is designed and made for family domestic use only within the recommended

weight limit (100k9). This trampoline is not intended for use outside of these guidelines. Theuser must remove footwear (shoes) before use. The user must wear socks when using thetrampoline. Misuse can result in injury. lnspect the trampoline before use and always replaceworn, defective or missing parts. The pads should always be fitted.

Supervision' Children must always be supervised while they are playing on the trampoline and must be

instructed not to use the trampoline in an inappropriate or hazardous manner.

Remember!' Trampolines are rebounding devices, which propel the user to unaccustomed heights, and

into a variety of body movements. Rebounding off of the trampoline, striking the frame orsprings, or improperly landing on the trampoline mat (bed) may cause injury.

Warning!' Do not land on head or neck. Paralysis or death can result even if you land in the middle of

the trampoline mat (bed). To reduce the chance of landing on your head or neck, do not dosomersaults (flips).

' We recommend that the user do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery that may catch orsnag during play. Ensure that younger children do not walk or crawl underneath thetrampoline and keep the area around and underneath free from all solid objects at all times.

' IMPORTANT - You must not use the trampoline if you have a medical history of neck or backinjuries or a mental or physical condition - these could cause injury. Do not use thetrampoline if you have high blood pressure.

' For safety reasons, we recommend only one person at a time on the trampoline. Multiplejumpers increase the chances of loss of control, collision, and falling off. This can result inbroken head, neck, back, or leg.

Jumpers' Role in Preventing Accidents' Education on the part of the user is a must for safety. Users must first learn a low controlled

bounce and the basic landing positions and combinations before proceeding to intermediateskills. Jumpers must understand why they have to master "control" before they can startthinking about other moves. Understanding the proper progression of skills in jumping on atrampoline must be the first lesson.

Supervisors' Role in Preventing Accidents' lt is the responsibility of the superuisor(s) of trampoline users to provide knowledgeable and

mature supervision. They need to know and enforce all the rules and warnings set for.th inthis manual in order to minimize the likelihood of accidents and injuries and to inform users ofthese rules. During periods of time when supervision is unavailable or inadequate, this mayrequire that the trampoline be disassembled, placed in a secure area, or othenirrise securedagainst unauthorized use. lt is the responsibility of the supervisor(s) to be sure that the usersare fully aware of the safety guidelines, which are printed on the pads.

' These instructions are issued in the interest of child safety, and we do ask you to follow ouradvice.

Weather Conditions' Special care should be taken as weather conditions change. ln particular, a wet trampoline

mat (bed) is too slippery for safe jumping. Gusty or severe winds can cause jumpers to losecontrol. To reduce the chance of injury, use the trampoline only under appropriate weatherconditions' ln cold weather, tongues and lips can stick to metalwork at subzero temperatures.ln warmer and sunnier weather, pafts can beceme hot, and the temperature should beregularly checked during play, especially metal parts.

Water PlayDo Nor use the trampoline if the user or the trampoline surface is wetMany surfaces can become slippery during water play. Extra caution and superuision isrequired when combining water (e.g. paddling pools, aqua slides etc.) with other forms ofoutdoor play.

How To Use Your Trampoline' Always bounce at the centre of the bed. Bouncing near the edge of the bed can lead to injury

and can also stretch the springs. The frame pad is not designed nor intended to support theweight of the trampoline user. Do not step or jump directly onto the frame pad.

' Avoid bouncing too high. Stay low until you can control your bounce and land consistenly inthe middle of the bed.

' To regain control and stop your jump, bend your knees quickly when you land.' Do not use the trampoline when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.' Allow each jumper a brief turn on the trampoline. Extended bouncing exposes an over tired

user to an increased risk of injury. Longer turns tend to lessen the interest of others waiting tojump.

The trampoline mat is several feet from the ground. Jumping off the trampoline to the groundor any other surface may result in injury. Jumping onto the trampoline from a roof, deck, orother object also represents a risk of injury. Smaller children may need assistance getting upon or down from the trampoline. Mounting and dismounting properly should be a strict rulefrom the very beginning. Users should climb onto the trampoline by placing their hands onthe frame and stepping or rolling up onto the frame, across the springs, and onto the mat(bed). Do not step directly on the frame pad or grasp the frame pad when mounting ordismounting the trampoline. Users should always place their hands on the frame whilemounting or dismounting. To dismount, jumpers should walk to the side of the mat (bed),bend over and place one hand on the frame, then step from the mat to the ground.

lnjury may result from hitting the frame or falling through the springs while jumping or gettingon or off the trampoline. Stay in the centre of the trampoline mat when jumping. BE SURETO KEEP THE FRAME PAD IN PLACE TO COVER THE FRAME AT ALL TIMES. Theframe pad is not designed nor intended to supporl the weight of the trampoline user. Do notstep or jump directly onto the frame pad.

CAUTION - READ BEFORE USE

IMPORTANT USER AND GUARANTEE INFORMATION

This product is for outdoor use. The product is designed and constructed for use in dryweather. For safety reasons, the product should be covered when not in use to prevent use byunsuperuised children and to protect the product from the effects of UV damage, wetweather and cold temperatures. Failure to protect the unit could lead to damage fromweathering and reduce the life span of the product.

lf the product gets wet, surface water should be removed and affected pafts allowed to drycompletely, before covering/storage.

When the unit is not in use, padicularly, in winter months, it is highly recommended todismantle and store the unit in a dry location.

Regular inspection of pads for wear and tear is necessary. ln the event of damage to any partof the unit it must not be used.

. Failure to follow this guidance and user warnings may cause the unit to fail potentiallyresulting in serious injury to the user. Your guarantee may also be invalidated.

GENERAL. Your trampoline is designed to stand outside all year round and generally requires very littlemaintenance. However, a little care and forethought can add years to your trampoline's life.Remember that the bed (mat) and frame pads are made of synthetic materials and areeasily damaged by cigarette ends, fireworks, bonfire debris and weathering. Position thetrampoline away from sources of heaVfire and always cover the mat and pad with a coverwhen not in use and to protect from the effects of sun light (UV), rainwater and frost. lnwinter store dismantle and store the unit in a dry location.

' FRAME do not sit or stand on the frame or the frame pads while the trampoline is in use asthis restricts the frames natural reflex action. Oil or petroleum jelly applied where the spring'shook into the frame will reduce squeaking and frame hole wear. lf surface rust appears itshould be removed with either a wire brush or coarse sandpaper, and the area treated with anon-toxic paint.

. FRAME PADS Frame pads are there to protect the user from any fall or landing on thesprings and frame. On no account should people be permitted to sit or stand on them whenthe trampoline is in use. You should also make sure that smaller users do not use the insideedges of the pads as a "handle" when getting up on to the trampoline

. THE MAT The mat (bed) will, over the years, be gradually weakened by the effects of ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, the more it can be protected from direct sunlight, the longer it willlast. A little mould or mildew should not harm the mat. Do make sure that shoes areremoved before bouncing and ensure that any other sharp objects such as belt buckles, brooches and jewellery arc removed too.

' THE SPRINGS Do not stand on the springs whilst the trampoline is in use. Try not tobounce on to the springs. They are not designed for this sort of stress and can becomestretched, misshapen and weakened. lf you find you have any stretched springs, it isimportant to replace them as soon as possible to avoid damage to the trampoline mat andavoid overloading and therefore damaging the remaining good springs.

Safety lnformation' This trampoline is designed and manufactured to provide you and your family with many

years of fun and exercise but for your benefit and safety, please read this manual carefullyand in full before assembling and using your trampoline.

' Never allow more than one (1) person on the trampoline at a time. Multiple jumpers increasethe chance of someone becoming injured. Jumpers may collide with one another, fall off thetrampoline, fall on or through the springs, or land incorrectly on the mat.

' Always secure the trampoline against unauthorized and unsupervised use.. Dispose of all packaging materials safely.

Disposal lnformation' Never allow toys to be placed or used near a fire. When it becomes necessary to dispose of

your equipment, remove all bolts and disassemble. Store safely & out of reach for childrenuntil it can be properly disposed of. Remember to dispose it in a safe place and manner so asnot to present any hazards to any individuals.
