HIGHLIGHTSCamp offers 3 different styles of lodging: rustic camping in cabins, conference center style with sleeping and dining under one roof, or a “do it yourself,” quaint stay.

Food In James and Friendship Lodges, Camp Whitcomb/Mason provides catered meals though our food vendor. Meals are nutritious, well-balanced and delicious! Hot breakfast is served with a cereal bar, and lunch and dinner are served with a salad bar.

We appreciate that some retreat members will be coming to us with dietary restrictions and allergies. We encourage you to reach out to Camp Staff regarding special dietary needs.

OvernightsAll beds at Camp are bunkbed style beds. Please plan to bring your own bedding. Friendship, James and Stiemke Lodges are heated, as well as many of the Friendship Lodge cabins. James Lodge is outfitted with air conditioning. All buildings have electricity.

Although Camp does have internet access in each of its buildings, we encourage you to bring important presentations already downloaded, and come prepared to unplug for your stay!

LODGINGCamp can accommodate many different types of retreats from entire school wide educational field trips, memorable family reunions, and romantic weddings.

Community Partners are responsible for supervision of their group members at all times. Youth based groups are expected to bring chaperones to observe the required ratios.

Friendship LodgeIn our more rustic option, participants will stay in cabins located a short walk to the dining hall, which is the location of the restrooms and meeting space. Friendship Lodge dining hall can hold up to 240 people. The corresponding cabins sleep 162 people during cold months in 9 cabins or 234 people in 13 cabins during warmer months.

James LodgeWith meeting spaces, dining hall, bunk rooms and restrooms all under one roof James Lodge is a great option for those who want to reconnect with nature comfortably. James Lodge can sleep up to 120 in 8 dorm rooms and 4 apartments. Stiemke Lodge Stiemke is a great space for a cozy retreat. Food service is not provided, so make plans to utilize the kitchen with two ovens, two stoves and a microwave. Stiemke Lodge sleeps up to40 people in 3 rooms.
