Trail to Eagle
Troop 110 is a boy-run Troop sinceleadership is one of the methods ofscouting. However, behind everysuccessful Boy Scout Troop arededicated adults who provideopportunity, advice and guidance.
One of the most difficult jobs of aleader is to accept the responsibilityof allowing the boys to make mis-takes in a controlled environment. In preparation for this task, many ofthe adult leaders have completedACORN training.
Troop parents also assist withfundraising and serving as meritbadge counselors. Troop 110 issuccessful because of the synergybetween the scouts and the adults.
