BOWEN OFFICE CAMPUS (UNBUILT PROJECT)Wellington
A collaboration with CCM Architects to jointly design the largest single office development yet proposed in New Zealand. A campus of four large office buildings with a central eight-story glazed atrium forming a central ‘street’, including cafes and landscaped areas, connects all four structures.Located in the Parliamentary Precinct in central Wellington, the project was designed to meet the New Zealand Green Building Council ‘5 Green Star’ rating for environmentally sustainable design.
