Eternal in appeal yet contemporary in

design, BOUTON is the creation of using the

best techniques in jewellery craftsmanship

to ensure each collection looks amazing

and yet will last for decades. BOUTON is

renowned for its signature micro pavé setting

technique, in which very small stones are

carefully set to obtain a gem embellished

look. Whilst the setting style goes back to the

earliest days of jewellery crafting and

design, the finished product coming from

the hands of the BOUTON master setter -

with each stone set entirely by hand - can

make for some of the most beautiful and

intricate designs.

The brilliance behind each piece of BOUTON

jewellery is due to each of the carefully

selected simulated stones being hand set

into 925 sterling silver, which is then finished

off with rhodium, 12 carat gold, rose gold

or black rhodium plating. The flawlessly

cut BOUTON simulated stones come in the

natural diamond-inspired colours of rare

vivid yellow, ruby, and sapphire. There is

an extensive selection of over 200 pieces

including celebratory rings, stacker rings,

earrings, simple pendants and bracelets,

charms, cufflinks and showstopper necklaces

containing over 600 gems. Each piece of

BOUTON jewellery also features a 2 year

international warranty.

The


BOUTON uses a special crafted button inspired

clasp that is featured across many pieces in the

collections and is also the signature fastener on

necklaces and bracelets. The clasp has been

designed to be both beautiful and functional, adding

a unique design feature to all BOUTON jewellery.

The inspiration behind the signature button comes

from the important and detailed role buttons have

played in fashion and jewellery throughout the

centuries. Although the earliest buttons date back

centuries, the prestigious Guild of Button makers

were born in Paris in the 13th century and by the

18th century Louis XIV had set the fashion for

intricate buttons of precious metals and jewels.

The lightness of the new Spring/ Summer 2014 Riviera capsule collection is owed to the premium silicone

material used to create the bracelets, a material that is a growing trend with the jewellery industry.

The collection offers a fresh new take on the traditional bracelet, creating a much lighter alternative to leather and is the perfect accessory for the summer dress in

town or layered up on the beach.

The collection comes in the hot new SS14 trend of fondant grey as well as classical cream and black.

The glamorous accents on the bracelets feature cats-eye and simulated stones set into sterling silver with 12 carat rose gold plating and creates a fun layered

look on the wrist.

BOUTON’s simulated stones are the highest

quality man-made stones available on the

market today and are flawlessly crafted. Each

stone is cut in a similar manner to diamonds

to ensure every stone has a diamond-inspired

sparkle, clarity and brilliance

Carat refers to the weight and therefore the

size of our stones, just in the same way that

diamonds are measured.

Most diamonds appear colourless, however

many have pigments of colour that can be

measured on the GIA colour scale D being

the highest and most expensive grade.

All BOUTON clear stones replicate a ‘D’

colour diamond.

Our stones are hand cut to reflect the light

from one facet to another and disperse

through the top of the stone resulting in a

display of brilliance. Our stones come in

a variety of shapes expertly cut to ensure

optimum sparkle.

Diamond clarity is measured by the degree

to which it is free from naturally occurring

inclusions, and a diamond that is perfect

and free from any inclusions is referred to

as ‘flawless’. All BOUTON stones simulate a

flawless diamond.
