My knives are constructed using 1095 carbon tool steel and heat treated and triple tempered. All blades are Rockwell tested and fall into the range of 60 plus or minus ½ Rockwell on the C scale. The blades are then hand ground and polished. They are then coated with oven cured cerakote. The knife handle is Dymondwood and can be had in walnut, cocobolo, oak or with customer supplied material and is assembled using marine-tex epoxy. The sheath is assembled using premium vegetable tanned cowhide shoulder material and treated in heated needs foot oil with a stone pocket equipped with an Arkansas stone. A random sample blade was chosen and a coupon was removed mid blade toward the cung edge, and an analysis was performed by a meturalogical laboratory. The hardness was tested with a Wilson Rockwell tester at 59.7 on the C scale. A spectrograph study using an inverted metallographic microscope at 200x and 500x shows a consistent 95% or beer martensite transformaon. My knives are constructed using 1095 carbon tool steel and heat treated and triple

tempered. All blades are Rockwell tested and fall into the range of 60 plus or

minus ½ Rockwell on the C scale. The blades are then hand ground and polished.

They are then coated with oven cured cerakote.

The knife handle is Dymondwood and can be had in walnut, cocobolo, oak or with

customer supplied material and is assembled using marine-tex epoxy.

The sheath is assembled using premium vegetable tanned cowhide shoulder

material and treated in heated needs foot oil with a stone pocket equipped with an

Arkansas stone.

A random sample blade was chosen and a coupon was removed mid blade toward

the cutting edge, and an analysis was performed by a meturalogical laboratory.

The hardness was tested with a Wilson Rockwell tester at 59.7 on the C scale. A

spectrograph study using an inverted metallographic microscope at 200x and 500x

shows a consistent 95% or better martensite transformation. See images.
