B. Brief Introduction
Mirage SB-L series is the most stable two-step fully-automatic pet stretch-blow molding machines(reheat). It has 4 to 6 cavities and the maximum capacity of the products is 2L. It can blow bottles in shapes: carbonated, mineral, pesticide, cosmetics, wide-mouth, hot filling, and other packing containers, which is made of plastic of crystalline type, such as PET and PP etc.

C. Machine Features
1) Stable performance with advanced PLC.2) Conveying preforms automatically with conveyor.3) Strong penetrability and good and swift distribution of the heat by letting the bottles rotate by
itself and revolute in the rails simultaneously in the infrared preheater.4) High adjustability to enable the preheater to preheat preforms in shapes by adjusting the light
tube and the length of the reflecting board in the preheating area, and eternal temperature in the preheater with an automatic thermostatic apparatus.
5) High safeties with security automatic-locking apparatus in each mechanical action, which will make the procedures turn into a state of safety in case of a breakdown in certain procedure.
6) No contamination and low noise with the air cylinder to drive the action instead of the oil pump.
7) Satisfaction with different atmospheric pressure for blowing and mechanical action by dividing the blowing and action into three parts in the air pressure diagram of the machine.
8) Strong clamping force with high pressure and double crank links to lock the mold.9) Two ways of operating: automatic and manual.10) Safe, reliable, and unique design of the position of valve to make the air pressure diagram of

F. Other Terms and Conditions
i. Delivery: Within 45 days from the date of receipt of 30% down payment
ii. Origin: P.R. China.iii. Payment: 30% by T/T in advance 70% before delivery by T/T.iv. Insurance: To be covered by buyer.v. Validity: 4 weeks from the date of issue of this offer.vi. Packing: Export standard seaworthy Packing.
vii. Installation: Our engineer will travel to buyer’s country within 10- 20 days after receipt of
confirmation in the written form from client informing that the goods arrived in site and civil works is ready for installation. The client has to buy round tickets and arrange all local facilities including food, lodging, and transportation during their staying period in buyer’s country. The buyer would pay USD 120/day for each engineer during journey.
viii. Warranty: One year from the date of Installation or acceptance of the Plant whichever comes first.
Note: If the client needs our manufacturer to provide the training program depending on the experience of the local people and the client requirement as the local people has no experience in this kind of plant, the client has to send their people (about 4 technical engineers/workers) to China
to receive the training in their factories. The training time will be 20- 30 days. The cost in this
regard will be discussed later after confirmation of this proposal.
