THE PROGRAMRed Sox Rewards is a pilot program designed to reward you for your loyalty and dedication as a Season Ticket Holder. This program will give you access to some of the most memorable, uniqueonce-in-a-lifetime experiences that Fenway Park has to offer while providing you with a more convenient ballpark experience.

THE CARDThe core of the program lies within a personalized Red Sox Rewards Membership Card that will be given to our charter members. Each card can be conveniently used as your paperless ticket to enter Fenway Park and the Royal Rooters Club on game days. You can also use the card as a form of electronic payment for food and beverage purchases within the Club.

THE REWARDSRed Sox Rewards will allow members to experience Fenway Park like never before through incredible experiences such as: a road trip with the team, throwing out the ceremonial first pitch, watching an inning from inside the Green Monster, enjoying a game in the Owners’ Suite, a VIP trip to Spring Training, and opportunities to meet the players.

ENHANCED CONVENIENCE Your Red Sox Rewards Membership Card is the key to

a more convenient Fenway Park experience. Gone are the days of misplacing your tickets, scrambling to send your tickets at the last minute, or waiting at the ATM because you forgot your cash at home. Your Rewards Card can serve as your ticket to the game and as a form of electronic payment in the Royal Rooters Club. You can manage and transfer your tickets for all 81 games as well as view a record of your food and beverage purchases online at redsox.com/rewards.

DIGITAL TICKETING Your set of personalized Red Sox Rewards Cards

identifies your individual seat location with each game in your plan digitally loaded onto them. When you want to attend a game, simply grab your Rewards Cards.

Entry into Fenway is fast and convenient with a simple “tap and go” at the turnstiles.

Can’t attend a game yourself? Log in to your My Tickets account to electronically forward your tickets to a friend, family member, or client. They may elect to receive the tickets via Print at Home or day-of-game pickup at any Fenway Park Will Call window.

Red Sox Rewards also makes it easier to manage partner accounts by allowing you to request additional sets of Rewards Cards for partners that use 10 or more games. You can digitally forward games to their cards and eliminate the hassle of managing paper tickets.

Members that prefer to receive traditional paper tickets and forgo all of the benefits of this new form

of ticketing can opt-out of digital ticketing. However, using your Rewards Cards as your tickets will result in earning more than double the Red Sox Rewards points, which will greatly increase your chances of earning the most exclusive rewards.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT (eCASH) Your Red Sox Rewards Card also offers an electronic

payment system (eCash) for the purchase of food and beverages within the Royal Rooters Club. Simply log in online and set up a link from any major credit card to your account. You can choose to add to the eCash balance on your Rewards Card when you would like or you can set an “auto load” feature that automatically adds to your balance when it falls below a certain amount so you will always have funds available. Plus, each time you use your Rewards Card for purchases you will earn more Red Sox Rewards points.

LOYALTY HAS ITS REWARDS

When you log in to your account, you will notice two different Loyalty Points Account Balances: Total Points and Average Points. Total Points accumulate based on your behaviors for each of the seats in your plan; Average Points represent your total points divided by the number of seats in your plan. For example, if you have four seats in your plan and you use all four of your cards to attend a game, you will earn 20 points per Rewards Card, for 80 Total Points and 20 Average Points. If you only use two of your Rewards Cards/seats you will earn 40 Total Points and 10 Average Points.

USING AVERAGE POINTSYour Average Points balance is used to determine your status as a member. These points are never redeemed or “cashed in” for rewards or experiences. Average Points are used to ensure that members with any number of seats have an equal opportunity to earn the following three types of rewards and experiences:

ATTAINING MEMBERSHIP TIERSAll Red Sox Rewards Members start as Premier Members, but will have the chance to earn different membership tiers and benefits based on the number of Average Points. Rewards Members can achieve Bronze, Gold, or Diamond status based on the number of Average Points earned with the respective benefits outlined on Page 8.

FANS OF THE MONTH At the conclusion of every month, the two members that have earned the most Average Points during that month will be recognized as the Red Sox Rewards Fans of the Month and will enjoy an amazing VIP experience for two that includes: valet parking in the player parking area, a pre-game VIP tour of Fenway Park, complimentary dinner in the EMC Club, on-field recognition during the pre-game ceremonies as the Fans of the Month, dugout seats to the game, and a gift bag with select Red Sox merchandise. When determining the Fans of the Month, Average Points earned during previous months will not be included so every member starts each month with an equal chance to be that month’s winner.

FANS OF THE YEAR At the conclusion of the season, the two Rewards Members that have earned the highest Average Points throughout the season will be recognized as the Red Sox Rewards Fans of the Year. These top two Rewards Members will take an incredible road trip with the Red Sox team during the 2014 season that includes: dugout seats to a game at Fenway Park (the last game of a homestand), transportation to the airport on the team buses, seats on the private team chartered jet to the team’s next road destination, accommodations at the team hotel for two nights, great tickets to two games at the visiting ballpark, a daily stipend to cover your meals, and a gift bag with select Red Sox merchandise.

USING TOTAL POINTSYour Total Points balance acts as a currency which can be redeemed or “cashed in” for two types of rewards and experiences:

ONLINE AUCTIONSThroughout the season, we will announce various auctions with exclusive experiences. Your Total Points can be used to bid on these auctions online at redsox.com/rewards. Auction Rewards will include experiences such as throwing out the Ceremonial First Pitch, watching an inning from behind the Green Monster, meet and greets with Red Sox players, and other great experiences. Rewards Members with the most Total Points will have an advantage as they have the ability to bid more on each of the items. See pages 11 - 13 for more details regarding some of the Auction Rewards that are available.

RED SOX REWARDS MARKETPLACERewards Members who do not win an auction will have an opportunity to use their points later in the season at the Red Sox Rewards Marketplace. This online shopping website will offer items such as autographed memorabilia, additional game tickets, and other rewards that will be listed with a “Buy it Now” point value. The Marketplace is designed to ensure that members with lower Total Points balances will still have an opportunity to redeem their points.

Photo Day at Fenway Bronze Rewards Members and their families will be invited to this exclusive event after the season ends. Professional photographers will take photos at unique locations throughout the ballpark such as on the warning track in front of the Green Monster,in the home dugout, and inside the Red Sox clubhouse. Who is eligible for Red Sox Rewards? In 2013, Royal Rooters Club members will be the

exclusive charter members of the Red Sox Rewards program. We hope to expand the program to include all of our Season Ticket Holders for the 2014 season.

Is there a cost to join the program? No, it is a benefit that is included in your Royal

Rooters Club membership.

What happens if I lose my card(s)? Similar to a lost credit card, we will cancel your lost

Rewards Card(s) and reissue a new set of cards that will have the same tickets and eCash loaded onto them. As your cards will remain active until you cancel them, please contact Tarah Mahoney at 617.226.6598 as soon as you realize they have been lost to receive replacement cards

How do I request Partner Cards? You can request Rewards Cards for partners that use

ten (10) or more games. Simply log in to your account and provide an email address, and your partners will receive an email with instructions on how to set-up their own account.

Partners will earn their own Red Sox Rewards points and will be able to manage their own eCash balance on their own personalized Rewards Cards.

Are these the only rewards available for the 2013 Season?

This brochure includes the initial set of rewards, but additional rewards will be added throughout the entire season.

Is the choice between digital or paper tickets an all or nothing choice?

No, you’ll have a great deal of flexibility throughout the season to use digital or paper tickets and can manage this process through your My Tickets account. Your choice between digital or paper tickets is simply how you will receive your tickets initially. If you choose paper tickets initially, you can forward your tickets to your Rewards Cards when you want to attend a game. Conversely, if you choose digital tickets initially, you can forward your tickets to someone who can elect to pick up paper tickets at a Will Call window at Fenway on game days

Can I switch back from using my Red Sox Rewards Card to paper tickets?

We are confident that once you start using your Rewards Cards and enjoy all of the benefits that you will not want to switch back. However, if you change your mind we will gladly re-issue paper tickets, after the month of April, for the remaining games of the 2013 season. You can also change from paper tickets to digital tickets after April as well.

Can I transfer points between accounts? You can transfer Total Points between partner accounts

if you want to pool your points to bid on an auction or buy an item from the Marketplace. Average Points are not transferable between accounts.

Will my accrued points carry over from one season to the next?

Other teams with similar programs have members’ entire points balance expire at the end of the season. Red Sox Rewards will allow you to rollover 25% of the balance of your remaining Total Points each season.

Average Points are reset to zero at the end of each season to ensure that every Red Sox Rewards member has an equal opportunity to reach the various tiers each season and enjoy the commensurate rewards.

Will I be able to purchase more points? No, you cannot buy points to add to your account.

The only way to accumulate more Rewards Points is to earn them.

If I Toss or sell my tickets, will I still get points for the tickets being used?

Yes, you will still earn 10 Total Points for every ticket that is used at all, regardless of whether you use it yourself. However, remember that you will earn double the amount of points if you use your Rewards Card as your form of entry.

Are these the only ways to earn points throughout the season?

We may announce additional ways to earn points as well as games with bonus point opportunities throughout the season.

What happens to unused stored value on my card at the end of the season?

If you renew your tickets the following year, you can rollover your balance and it will remain on your Rewards Card, or you can apply your balance towards renewal payment for your season tickets. If you cancel your account, you may withdraw your balance by paying a small service fee (5% of the value).
