BOST Hardware Structure

Interface BoardHi-Fix의 Performance Board와 Coaxial Cable로 연결되어 ATE의 PE Card와BOST의 전기적인 연결 기능Core BoardBOST의 핵심 Unit으로 BOST Chip이 내장되어 있으며 System Channel 확장 및 Driver & Comparator, PPS Channel Control을 위한 Relay Matrix 기능DSA BoardSocket Board에 해당하는 Unit으로 Device와 Core Board의 전기적, 기구적 Interface 역할을 하며Socket Guide 및 Socket을 포함PPS Sub BoardPPS Channel 확장 및 안정적인 Device 전원 공급을 위한 Current Booster 기능
