Employers board the tanker, ready to depart

During a boss lift, civilian employers, who have been nominated by their Reserve or Guard member employees, are invited to take place in a military exercise.This allows them to see first hand exactly what their staff members do when

called away for training, or when they are deployed.

In this exercise employers rode aboard KC 135 Stratotankers whilepilots of the fighter planes practiced aerial refueling

This is the view they had from the boom operators pod Up close and personal with the F-22 Raptor!
