Planning and executing the work in fabrication and erection as per our schedule and client requirement.

Prepare the material requirement. Prepare the cutting plan of required jobs as per our material

availability. Implement project construction quality control requirements

including inspection and testing of installations. Inspect all fabrication jobs from first stage to final stage as per

the drawing. Inspecting the weld joints before, during and after welding. Coordinate with client and consultant for inspection activities

and other follow-up conditions. Allocate the erection team & monitoring erection schedule. Monitoring of all consumables. Study the drawings carefully and handle the work as per our

erection sequence and erection methods safely.

Follow the safety rules and regulations in fabrication and erection areas.

Reporting daily work progress to the project manager and planning for the next day work activities.

Develop punch lists of incomplete work. Provide technical direction to supervisors and foreman. Prepare the as built documents and inspection records. Perform subcontracts coordination including administration of

project back charge.
