EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management (EasyLobby SVM) is the main application for processing visitors by providing the customer all needed features: ▶ ID scanning▶ Record creation▶ Badge printing▶ Watch List screening▶ Check-in and Check-out▶ Email notfication▶ etc.

EasyLobby SVM gets installed on each Windows workstation where visitors will be processed. Any number of EasyLobby SVM workstations can share a central database (SQL server or Oracle).Now, EasyLobby SVM provides integration with the Bosch Building Integration System (Bosch BIS).

Bosch Building Integration System version 4.5 and newer

The solution allows its customers to assign an unused access card to their visitors and, upon check-in, to have the visitor automatically entered into the access control system and their card gets activated. When the visitor is checked-out the card is deactivated. The EasyLobby customer may also use the barcoded visitor badge to grant the visitor access via barcode readers attached to the access system.
