TERMS & CONDITIONS

There is no registration fee for submitting proposals/entries.

2. Entries will be accepted online only.

3. Any entity which satisfies the eligibility criteria may submit entries under the respective category (les).

4. Entry can be submitted in more than one category.

5. In a category, only one entry of a proposal shall be

entertained. If more than one entry of a particular proposal is found in a category, the latest entry will be considered for evaluation, remaining entries will be discarded.

6. Proposals should be comprehensive and cover the areas

mentioned in criteria for the award category. Incomplete proposals not complying with the directions/guidelines detailed herein would not be considered.

7. Evaluation Committee /Jury shall evaluate and select the winners of the award as per the selection process and

evaluation criteria.

The decision ofthe Evaluation Committee/Jury will be final and binding on all participants. No appeals or objections shall be entertained against the decision of the Evaluation Committee/Jury.

The proceeding of the Evaluation Committee / Jury

shall be confidential till the declaration of the awards.

The submitted proposal I initiative, should be for the year 201 6-1 7. (From i April 201 6 to 31 March 2017).

1 1 . Initiative I Proposal which has been commenced in

current financial year 201 7-1 8 will not be eligible.

12. Itwill be atthe discretion ofthe Evaluation Committee ¡Jury to select more than one winner in

each category if the proposals are found suitable. Similarly, if no suitable nominations are found, awards may not be given in any category.

1 3. Department ofTourism GoMP reserves the rights to make any changes in the entire process at any point of time.

14. The supplementary information may be asked by the jury at the time of evaluation, if required.

1 5. The additional supporting documents (if asked for) should to be sent through e-mail at

The Evaluation Committee/Jury appointed by MP Tourism

Board will comprise of tourism experts, government

agencies and other stalwarts from the tourism industry.

In case of any challenges I representations against the

award process, decision of the Secretary Department of

Tourism, Government of Madhya Pradesh shall be final and

binding on all.
