15 Day Money Back Guarantee

Program Overview: The 15-Day Money Back Guarantee is for all Ybravo power equipment. If your customer is not completely satisfied with one of these products, they may return it to your store any time during the first 15 days for a replacement or a refund.

Buyer Responsibilities:

The buyer must have the original sales receipt with his full name, address, and phone number, and the Model and Serial number of the unit. All manuals and tools must be returned to the dealer.

The buyer is responsible for following the instructions in the Operators Manual. Failure to follow the instructions may void the offer. Units damaged due to improper use will not qualify for return.

Dealer Responsibilities:

Dealers will receive credit on their account in the amount of the rebate shown below. Used units will be re-sold by the dealers at a reduced price and will retain the original warranty.

Resold units do not quality for the 15 Day Money Back Guarantee Program.

You must agree to refund money to the buyer during the 15 day period.

The dealer completes the Claim Form and submits it within (30) days of the return along with the original sales receipt containing the customer’s name, address, phone number, model number and serial number to Ybravo.
