These included Greencore Environmental Services (Afghanistan), PAE (LOGCAP V), Fluor Intercontinental, Inc. (Department of State Diplomatic Platform Support Services), Obera LLC (U.N. South Sudan peacekeeping mission), and DynCorp International ($1.5B LOGCAP IV, supporting 60 forward operating bases and recruiting/deployment centers across Afghanistan, Kuwait, the U.A.E., Oman, and India). He served as Afghanistan Country Manager for Relyant Global, leading contract performance and in-country liaison for the O&M, construction, and concrete/asphalt plant production at Bagram Air Field. In Saudi Arabia, Mr. Bond helped establish and served as CEO of KBW Consulting, under HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal's KBW Investments holding company, and provided business development consulting to HRH Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz al Saud. Mr. Bond delivers exceptional corporate, U.S. government, and international legal expertise. He previously served as the Chief, Eastern Law Division, Library of Congress Law Library, Directorate of Legal Research for International, Foreign, and Comparative Law, preparing and delivering expert reports to Congress, the Supreme Court, and executive branch departments and agencies. Mr. Bond also served as a Senior Corporate Counsel for DynCorp International supporting Departments of Defense and State contracts, including resolving EAR, ITAR, OFAC, boycott, foreign labor, immigration, import/export, Gulf Cooperation Council, and tax matters across 35 countries.
