The Bona Dust Care System(DCS) contains all dust within the system and its innovative 2-step cyclonic and filter separation ensures that the air is kept perfectly clean.

Bona 8700 Ceramic BeltBona 8700 Ceramic Abrasives are specially developed for coarse sanding of hard lacquers like urea formaldehyde, and is ideal when used in combination with Bona Belt HD.

The extreme high performance is made possible by a grit type containing ceramic aluminium oxide, which results in an aggressive-ness for optimal removal.

Bona 8500 Aluminium Oxide BeltWhere the lifetime of the abrasive is not in focus, Bona 8500 is the classic choice in combination with Bona Scorpion. The aluminium oxide in the abrasive delivers smooth and effective sanding results on a wide range of wooden floors.

Together with the cotton cloth backing, 8500 does the job in most floor situations where no extra sanding performance is required.

Bona PCD DiscBona PCD Disc contains PCD segments in combination with diamond segments for more aggressive sanding. This makes Bona PCD disc especially effective for removing stubborn residues such as adhesives, carpet foam backing and epoxy. Can be extended with 5 segments.

Bona Diamond DiscBona Diamond Disc is delivered with diamond segments mounted on the plate. They are specially developed for removing the sinter layer from screeds and/or concrete. Can also be used for cleaning/levelling after using PCD disc and can be extended with 5 segments.

Bona Pad DriveThe Bona Pad Drive is delivered with Bona FlexiSand machines. Bona Pad Drive is a multi-purpose tool that can be used with a pad to oil or stain wooden floors. When a pad and screen are mounted on the Bona Pad Drive, intermediate sanding is easily performed. Oiled surfaces can be polished to increase the lustre of the floor.

Bona Power DriveThe innovative Bona Power Drive creates a new dimension for sanding down to bare wood. Four rotating discs sand closely to the walls, which reduces the need for edge sanding. The geared plate as well as the revolving discs ensures increased power for excellent performance in bare wood sanding when used in combination with Bona 8700 Ceramic Abrasive.

Bona Quattro DiscBona Quattro Disc is perfect for reducing and smoothing out drum marks and rotational scratches from edger machines. The four grinding plates (150 mm) increase the grinding pressure and enable effective sanding without compromising on smooth end results.

Bona MultidiscBona Multidisc, with six plates (125 mm), takes fine sanding performance to the next level. The fantastically smooth end-results make Bona Multidisc the perfect sanding tool, before staining wooden floors, oiling with pigmented oil or applying finishes.

FlexiSand Pro System

Bona FlexiSand 1.5 is a powerful and flexible machine that can be equipped with different drive plates for a wide variety of floor preparation jobs.
