Hmmm!!!!! Lots of questions in my mind

• Manual Comparison– Is there any other way of doing – The customer will be happy with this but I wont have much to doing this?

• Software solution– Will a software solution have better results than

manual comparison in this case in terms of cost, time and effort

– Will a software be suitable as a one time solution– Does the customer want this?

• Business Process Re-Engineering– Sounds great– But How far will the customer be receptive to

changes in process?– Is there any room for business process change?– What if the Customer is happy with the current

process?– Can I win the credibility of the customer to do

process re-engineering given the time constraint I have?
