CertScan Prism™, delivers a secondary layer of security by providing a direct line from your X-ray machines to professional X-ray detection technicians on demand. Prism is designed so that your on-site X-ray analysts get expert assistance within seconds of their request. By the touch of one button, the full resolution X-ray image is transferred to our remote analysis center where our specialists quickly discern if further inspection is necessary. Your on-site staff has real-time access to the technician as they work together to resolve the problem package. The Prism protocol saves you valuable resources by providing experts exactly at the time you need them.

The remote analysis center (RAC) is staffed with highly trained detection experts. Our experts come from law enforcement and military backgrounds and have been trained through the FBI’s Hazardous Devices School or the Naval School Explosive Ordinance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD). Each technician keeps up to date on company-wide finds through our recurrent learning system, S2 University. Our team participates in the International Association of Bomb Technicians and Investigators sharing their knowledge to contribute to the global effort of keeping people safe.
