As for its biggest challenge the University is entering the phase of external evaluation of new curricula and preparation of the ones forpostgraduate and doctoral studiesReforms office at the Rectorate is taking the role of a mediator and coordinator for finding partners in foreign (mostly Western European Universities) for efficient and effective evaluation of curricula to obtain the ECTS label due to the ECTS concept

groups represented for following areas:• ECTS – (dealing with introduction, assesment, training of staff, info
packages, online administration, web based databases and continuous improvement as well as evaluation);
• Organization of master study programs according to Bologna principles
• Organization of doctoral study programs according to Bologna principles with highlighted project based approach

Importance of “ECTS” education• Having realized the importance of understanding the ECTS as one of key
Bologna tools, ECTS coordinator’s office of UNSA prepared for the spring 2007 series of seminars and workshops to cover once more the biggest issues in dealing with ECTS, stressing on the importance of EXTERNAL CURRICULA EVALUATION Diploma Supplement, Learning Agreement, Transcript of records and info packs.
• Beside this “centralized education” the ECTS project foresees the “ECTS SWOT GROUP” which is intended to act on the field on demand of individual HEIs to deal with subject and area specific issues;
• The overall aim is to enable the HEIs ECTS coordinators to deal with daily ECTS issues and act upon necessity towards outside the institution;
