So Spring is here and love is in the air! We’ve been extra busy at Boho Bride this month! Since Valentines Day lots of lovely brides to be have been for private appointments, to try on our gorgeous gowns.

I’ve had a bit of romance myself too lately. A young spritely pup (not sure of breed but I think she’s a pedigree, lovely white coat) has joined the garden centre and we’ve just hit it off! We just can’t get a moment to ourselves though. So I thought a bit of romance would do the trick! Balloons, roses, music! It worked, I snuck in for a cheeky kiss and she loved it!

You can meet my new “friend” at our Designer event on the 29th March here at the Boutique. I hope you’ve booked yourselves in as we only have a few seats left!

Boho Bride have attended a number of wedding fayres over the last couple of weeks including a fashion show which was great fun.

Its been fantastic to meet all the lovely Brides-to-be and talking to them about their weddings plans and ideas. One thing that did stand out was the trend for Vintage wedding and “something different.”

At Boho Bride you can be sure to find “something different!”

We have a gorgeous collection of designer wedding gowns with a vintage/retro edge and we have one of the largest selections for short and tea length gowns, which really seem to be popular this year.

Brides-to-be are also asking for gowns in different colours, which we also have a selection of in blush pinks, champagne, cafe cream and silver/grey.

Designers Lou Lou

Christine and Jane are the creative talents behind the

successful Lou Lou label which celebrated its 21st

birthday in 2012!

After graduating from the London College of

Fashion in Design and Pattern Cutting, they worked

together for a small London based bridal company

where in 1991 with a wealth of experience and a

shared passion for bridal wear, they decided to create

Lou Lou, their own label specialising in bridesmaid

dresses.

These distinctive designs were chic and contem-

porary leading to Christine and Jane accepting the

British Bridal Award for Best Bridesmaid design no

less than 4 times. A funky range of prom dresses

followed that were bright and exciting, edgy dresses

for discerning girls and soon after, the LouLou Brid-

al Collection was launched.

This latest addition to the Lou Lou label encapsulates

quintessential British design inspired by all things

vintage. The dresses are evocative of the 1950’s and

combine beautiful lace appliqué with effortless styl-

ing, establishing a signature for future

collections.

Daisy has a BA in Embroidery and after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University worked with various renowned designers and companies, such as Phillipa Lepley Bridal Couture, Karen Nicol and Birmingham Royal Ballet.

Her bridal and lingerie collections encapsulate vintage inspiration with contemporary design, using traditional embroidery techniques and exquisite fabrics.

Daisy is passionate about British design and production and strives to source materials locally and from around the UK, valuing British craftsmanship and traditional techniques.

We also offer a bespoke monogramming service, using specialist cornely and irish embroidery.Personalise your wedding dress, veil or garter with a beautifully embroidered monogram or wedding date.

Our collections are housed in a beautiful Grade I listed Georgian Mansion, which is sur-rounded by 120 acres or picturesque parkland. The Adam Hall with its marble floor and ornate ceiling is the perfect room for your ceremony and wedding breakfast or for smaller celebrations why not use one of our gallery spaces, or you could event get married outside in our beautiful parkland.
