    After suffering from many crisis Boeing company finally found their way to turn

    around .In April 2004, the giant Airplane maker announced of its 787 Dreamliner .

    After their announcement they got record orders for Dreamliner from Japan`s All-

    Nippon Airways . At the end of the year they got 1,002 787Dreamliner orders . It

    was a hard task for the Newly took over CEO Jim McNerry . His main

    concentration was to keep the Dreamliner on the track . But on their way they faces

    many problems which made them to push their deadline three times . It not only

    affecting their business but also their customer relationship .

    To resolve the problem I would recommend McNerry these things stated below :

    1. To select their suppliers who can meet Boeing`s cost , quality and deliveryrequirements.

    2. They have to supply their delivery on time .3. Enhance management capabilities .4. Make good relations with sub contractors (selection, quality control )5. Maintain customer relationships and promote loyalty .6. Quality assurance program7. Emphasis on real time data mining system .8. Make available supply chain data 24 hour by 7 day per week basis9. Monitor second-tier supplier data to estimate predicted ramifications upon

    small failure .

    10.Constant measuring suppliers capabilities to meet production targets with indeadline .

    11.Synchronize demand/ supply , order and inventory information across allsupply partners

    12.Establish a highly coordinated set of logistics process and transportationmechanisms to ensure on time delivery of all assemblies
