BODYATTACK® is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to our total addicts. It combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. One of the best things about BODYATTACK® is it improves your functional fitness – that’s the fitness that you need for everyday life. BODYBALANCE® Calls upon the ancient arts of hatha yoga, feldenkrais, pilates and tai chi as the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern day life. This class will loosen and strengthen, muscles, improve posture and flexibility and teach valuable relaxation techniques. BODYCOMBAT® Exciting aerobic training programme that combines moves & stances developed from a range of self defence disciplines into a take-no-prisoners energetic routine. BODYCOMBAT 45 is a 45 minute class . BODYPUMP® A group barbell programme that challenges every major muscle in your body. Ten stationary routines using weights and music, strengthen and tone in record time. This class is appealing for men and women of all ages and fitness. BODYPUMP 45 is a 45 minute class. RPM® is a 50 minute indoor cycle class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed. RPM 45 is a 45 minute class . SH’BAM® is 45 minute class designed for all fitness levels. It features simple but seriously hot dance moves. SH’BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star, even if dance isn’t your natural thing. SH’BAM is set to a mix of chart topping hits, dance music, classics remixed and modernized Latin beats. Boxing A circuit style class using boxing equipment working on hand - eye coordination as well as cardiovascular fitness. If instructor qualified will incorporate kicking. Boxing 45 is a 45 minute class. Heart Moves A low-to-moderate intensity group exercise class suitable for anyone who hasn’t exercised before or for a long time. The programme is also designed specifically for people with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure. *This class is not included in Membership price. Movin’On Up Designed for beginner participants. A low impact, moderate intensity class designed to improve your fitness level. Can include use of equipment like Step, Fit Ball and Hand Weights. On The Ball/ Abs Class A freestyle class focusing predominately on tightening and toning core strength, flexibility and stabilisation. This class will use the Fitball and Resistance bands and is suitable for all fitness levels. YAH A specially designed class for the over 50’s exerciser. It is low impact, with the emphasis on fun while getting fit. Class followed by coffee and a chat. Aqua A class for those wanting to improve their fitness. The class is designed to offer alternatives to all exercises so that people can workout at their own level or pace. Suitable for beginners through to the advance participant. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's good for conditioning, toning and great fun. Fit 4 Kidz Fit 4 Kidz is a 45 mins exercise class targeted at children between the ages of 7-12. This class seeks to promote a healthy lifestyle, develop a lifelong passion for physical activity and sport, decrease childhood obesity and increase confidence. Only runs during school terms.
