Arrival Time You are encouraged to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the serenity of The Spa at our hotel. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment time.

Spa Treatments All treatments include the use of the Relaxation Areas and are available to in-house guests of the Radisson Blu Hotel or Park Inn, Abu Dhabi Yas Island. For outside guests, all treatments are available; however a minimum treatment booking time of one hour is required for access to the Relaxation Areas. Bookings must be secured with a credit card.

Spa Day Pass If you wish to use the wet facilities without a spa reservation you will need to pay a day pass fee off AED 130 per person.

Spa Protocol Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. The Spa is a mobile phone and smoke free zone. The minimum age requirement for Spa access and treatments in The Spa is 16 years.

Scheduling an Appointment To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment, please speak with our specialist spa reception team who will guide you to the right choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available we do advise booking in advance.

Cancellation Policy For cancellations require 12 working hours, cancellation of 6 hours before will be a cost of 50% of the treatment and within 2 hours or no show will be 100% charges..

Gift Voucher The Spa gift voucher are available for purchase and are valid for 6 months only. It is non-refundable.

Homecare To continue your spa regime and experience at home, all spa products used in the treatments are available at The Spa reception.

All prices include 10% service charge, 6% tourism fee, 4% municipality fee and 5% VAT.
