At its peak, the project engaged 135 staff, consumed 140,000 man hours and 3700 CAD drawings. Road freight comprised 1200 tonnes of completed switchrooms (32 trips/6,400kms).

Switchroom manufacture was undertaken by organisations under instruction by Schneider Electric on a National basis. State enterprises included Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia. It should be noted that HVLV have built the Minara switchrooms under instruction from Schneider Electric.
