ORDERINGOpening order minimum is $300.00Reorder minimum is $100.00Prepay specials apply only to orders placed prior to specified date. See order form for details. Shipping value cannot be used in calculating order total to qualify for specials. Existing product may be included to meet show special requirements.
Please allow 8-10 business days for processing your order. Allow longer processing time during new product releases. Complete MasterCard or VISA information must accompany order. Include 3-digit security code, expiration date, bil l ing address, and zip code.
SHIPPINGShipping and handling FOB Layton, Utah. Standard shipping via standard ground rates. Alaska, Hawaii, and international residential addresses are subject to additional shipping charges. If the original order included free shipping, customer will not pay shipping costs on backorders. Shipping costs on all other backorders are paid by customer. Orders are shipped only to customers with accounts in good standing.
Stores are responsible to check orders at the time of receipt and must notify BoBunny within 15 days of invoice date of any discrepancies in shipments.
RETURNSNo returns are allowed without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from BoBunny. An RMA is valid for 30 days. RMA will not be issued for unsold inventory 45 days past invoice date. Returned merchandise will incur a 15% restocking charge. This includes restocking of unpaid merchandise.
