Part of a 12-person team responsible for converting an existing ColdFusion based application to Python/Django. Assumed complete responsibility for all public-facing and internal-facing UI/UX design and implementation based on provided business rules.

• Implemented website redesign using HTML5, CSS/SASS, Python/Django templates, Javascript / jQuery and Bootstrap.

• Redesigned public-facing website to adhere to responsive web design practices. Achieved Google “Mobile-friendly” designation for first time in company history.

• Oversaw all new application pages/processes requiring UI/UX to ensure best design practices and company design standards were followed in order to achieve the best possible user experience.

• Developed a Javascript based “copypasta” code snippet to be used by employers to place their current open job postings feed on their own website.
