service• Are they aware that you are referring them

Guests and visitors• Guests are not thanked with slips (no door prize entry)• Visitors are only thanked on their first visit

Referral for yourself• Only if you are going to use the service – 5 on the hot list• Not for requesting quotes• Recurring services (i.e e-filing, web hosting)
