Access BNI connect at https://www.bniconnectglobal.com/web/open/login

Enter your user name & password.

This is your BNI Connect home screen.

Scroll all the way to the bottom and choose “Profile.”

This is what your profile looks like to everyone else (including the public).

Choose “Update Profile / My BNI Page”

Enter the relevant information on the “Main Profile” tab.

Tell the world about your business. Use key words so search engines can find your profile!

Key words tips: Think about the search terms a person would use to find you. Don’t forget common misspellings.

Choose the “User Profile” tab to upload a photo and company logo.

Use the “Contact Details” tab to let people know how to contact you.

Use the “Bio” tab to tell us even more about you!

Click the house to go back to your home page.

Choose “Submit Referral Slips.”

Enter the relevant information and click submit.

Submit Thank You for Closed Business Slips.

Enter the relevant information and click Submit.

Submit One-to-One Slips.

Enter the relevant information and click “Submit.”

Submit CEU Slips.

Enter the credits earned that week and click “Submit.”

Print your weekly slips to share your successes with the group!

Drop your referral slips into the hat. Report your one-to-ones and CEUs to the group.

• Access your App Store• Search for “BNI

Connect”• Download the

App

• Open the App• I would NOT let

BNI Connect access all my contacts!

• Sign-in using the same user name and password you use to connect to BNI Connect.

• You should only have to do this once.

App “home” screen

Choose “Referral Slips” and enter information the same way you would using the web site.

• Choose the person to whom you are referring.

• Or select “Search Cross Chapter” to send a referral to someone in another BNI Chapter.

• Type the name of the referral

• Choose Tier 1 (inside) or Tier 2 (outside)

Enter the referral’s contact information: phone number, address (if applicable), and email address.

• Choose the “degree” of the referral• Click Submit

The person to whom you are referring will receive an email from Micki.

Enter your “Thank You for Closed Business” transactions

• Submit “One-to-One” Slips

• Allow the app to access your location and it will enter your current location for you (may or may not be accurate).

• Select a member from your chapter or search for another BNI member

• Choose a location, topic, and date then choose submit.

Choose “Connections” from the home screen to see a list of everyone in our BNI chapter.

• Choose an individual to access their contact information

• The “Add to Contacts” button didn’t work for us

• Tap an email address, web site, or phone number and let your smart phone do the work!

Your phone will automatically call or email the individual (or visit their web site)

• Don’t use the “Timer App” from the home screen.• It takes you to the app

store to pay $1.99 for a timer.• You already have a

stopwatch/timer on your phone for free.• Plus, we have Micah.
