Additionally, Xe is free from sugar additives such as high

What fruits and fruit extracts are used in Xe? There are six fruits used in Xe in both concentrate and powder

form. These fruits are grape, apple, cherry, boysenberry,

strawberry and cranberry. There are six fruit extracts used in

Xe and they are: acai, goji, wild blueberry, wild bilberry,

elderberry and raspberry.

What is sucromalt?Sucromalt is a full calorie, low glycemic sweetener that is ideal

for use in foods and beverages where a steady source of energy

is desired. Sucromalt has a lower glycemic response than sugar

and glucose. It is 70% as sweet as sugar.

What are some of the potential health benefits of sucromalt?Emerging research from Cargill (the manufacture of sucromalt)

published in Nutritional Neuroscience, found that participants

who drank a beverage containing sucromalt, a novel slowly

digestible carbohydrate that Cargill produces under the name

Xtend™, better maintained feelings of mental and physical

energy over time compared to when they consumed a beverage

made with glucose.

What makes Xe taste sweet?Xe is naturally sweetened by its blend of fruit juices, fruit

powders, sucromalt and agave nectar. Xe does not contain

high-fructose corn syrup, sucrose, glucose, or artificial

sweeteners.

Why is Xe lightly carbonated?We lightly carbonate Xe to enhance the taste, flavor, and

experience of drinking it. Sound research on the effects of

carbonation shows it is very safe for consumption and there are

no negative effects of the body

What is the total ORAC6 and total flavonoids per can of Xe?The total ORAC6 of a can of Xe is 81,668** and the total

flavonoids per can are 382**. ORAC stands for Oxygen Radical

Absorbance Capacity. It's a lab test that attempts to quantify the

"total antioxidant capacity" (TAC) of a food. Flavonoids are a

diverse group of phytonutrients (plant chemicals) found in

almost all fruits and vegetables.
