What do my clients say about me?
10
“Justin has been a great contact over the last few years & we’ve used his services to hire a number of ex-military personnel into field engineering & management roles. He has built a strong working relationship with a number of mangers in my team, all of whom have a high regard for him & his organization” – General Manager Baker Hughes
“Justin is a high energy recruiter who will work hard to get you the results you want. He does his homework and adapts well to changes in needs with the market ups and downs. I have nothing but good things to say about him and every person I hired from him (over 100 candidates!) would say the same. – National Technical Recruiter Schlumberger
“I've worked with a lot of recruiters and staffing agencies in my career, and like for many of you, many of those experiences were marginal at best. My experience with Justin and BMI has been the opposite. He has provided me outstanding and personalized service. He is professional and gets the job done. Justin listens well and takes ownership so I do not have to waste my time repeating my needs to him or others in his company. He acts as my company's advocate leading to great candidates. I recommend Justin to anyone who is looking to hire motivated, disciplined, and talented ex-military personnel with potential.” – Senior Manager Mitsubishi Power Systems
“ Prior to using BMI we were spinning our wheels on locating talent. Justin does his homework. Finding exactly what we need and matching qualified candidates. In the past we attended other military conferences that pushed volume vs. providing qualified talent. Justin realized that my time was valuable. The candidate list was precise with ready to hire candidates.” – General Manager of Field Service, Flowserve
Justin is an excellent listener, mixed in with great energy, intelligence and high integrity. If you have staffing needs within your organization, partnering with Justin will get you quicker to your goals. – Global Director Flowserve
