Capt . Kumaresh Gupta (Managing Director)Capt. Kumaresh Gupta has been MD of Blue Water since he founded the company in 2006. In this capacity, he oversees Blue waters strategic business activities relative to all customer operations, sales, and marketing, communications, and product/solutions development initiatives. Expansion of businesses both vertically and horizontally is his passion, backed up by more than three decades of seagoing and entrepreneurial experience. A seasoned Master Mariner having extensive experience of commanding vessels in companies like Teekay Shipping Corporation, Canada. With a strong commitment towards total quality management and a consistent focus towards devising innovative strategies, he has led the organization to grow rapidly within a short span of time

Abhijit Singh

Mr. Abhijit Singh is a Marine Engineer Officer & Consummate Commercial/Operation Manager with multifaceted work experience On-Shore as well as at Sea. He worked with various National and International companies of repute. Prior joining Blue Water, he was with Braemar Seascope in their Chartering/Operation wing. He also enjoyed privilege to work closely with IMO Policy Drafting Committee in their In-house consultancy project in London. His academic credentials include BS (Marine Engineering) from BITS, Pilani & Fulltime MBA with specialization in Maritime Management from University of Greenwich, London with Business research project in “Human Factor in Marine Safety – Managing Human Risk in Shipping Operation & Maintenance” and is also pursuing further online PG Dip in Maritime Law (Credential for LLM further) from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, London. He is also a Member of Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers(ICS), London.

Anupam Kumar Rajvanshi

Mr. Anupam Kumar Rajvanshi oversees commercial and strategic management activities; spanning business development, contract management, project management and chartering. He’s an experienced Marine Engineer with a Master’s and M Phil degree in international business. Prior to joining Blue Water, he served the offshore rigs and has been a part of an entrepreneurial ship brokering department which provided commercial and technical knowhow for Onward Trading, Demolition and New Building of Ships. He has also shared his knowledge and experience on Global Business with MBA students in various B-schools.

Capt . Arun Kumar

Capt. Arun is a senior Master Mariner with 14 years of sea going experience, and has commanded numerous ships in his career at sea. He has extensive experience in the management of business operations, execution of business plans for achieving profit targets and general administrative tasks. He specialises in the oil tanker trade and has worked extensively with the American based General Maritime Corporation.

Capt . Sanjay SinghCapt. Singh plays a significant role in developing and facilitating marine and port management services. He is a Master Mariner, and has over two decades of seagoing experience in companies like BP Shipping, Acomarit, Tchudi & Etizen, BT Shipping, London, and Gulf Energy Maritime. He has undertaken pre-vetting, audits & inspection for leading shipping companies, and also held the position of Captain Superintendent in Doon Mariners Academy.

Sandeep MookerjeeMr. Sandeep Mookerjee coming from Marine IT field with vast 10 years experience ranging from Education and Training, Applications Project Development, and Domain Specialization, managing all-round IT Support to various department of Blue Water organization. He manages the company's overall advanced capacity planning & sophisticated resource management capabilities including intelligent placement, monitoring, analytics, trending and alerting.
