Blueberry Pomegranate Acai Smoothie Recipe from: thefarmersdaughterok.com Servings: 1 1 cup water/milk of choice 1 cup spinach 1 frozen acai smoothie packet 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 banana 1/4 cup pomegranate kernels 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 - 1 Tbsp. honey Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder *Note: if using the original smoothie packet, decrease the amount of honey or skip it all together. You may also skip the banana if you're not a banana fan. Garnish: chia seeds, hemp seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes Blend water/milk with spinach (protein powder if using) until smooth. Add fruit, blend again. Add cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and mix until combined. If needed, add a few ice cubes or additional liquid to reach desired consistency. Bottoms up!
