This is one of the most problematic complications associated with breast augmentation.
Scar tissue develops around the implant inside the body.
Discomfort, pain, and tenderness can all result, as well as an issue with appearance: an affected breast will appear too round or pushed up.
It is known that if you put the implant under the muscle and perhaps if you use a textured implant, the risk of capsular contracture can be lower.
The instruments and techniques applied during surgery can also help lower the risk.
Bleeding can be a trigger for capsular contracture, therefore minimizingit can reduce the risk.

There’s nothing necessarily wrong with traditional breast augmentationtechniques but the bloodless breast augmentation is safer.
In traditional breast augmentation the surgeon will make the incision, find the muscle, will get underneath that muscle, get the finger or a big instrument in there and open up the pocket. This way a lot of bleeding and trauma are caused and those factors could lead to capsular contracture.
