Week Commencing 4 th May 2020 P6 Home Learning Overview Hello P6 and Happy Star Wars Day! An exciting day as The Last Jedi premiers on Disney+ (other streaming services are available). Believe it or not, Monday and Friday this week are school holidays. The work I have assigned will not change due to these holidays, but I will not be on Twitter or Teams on Monday and Friday. P6 Home Learning OverviewHello P6 and Happy Star Wars Day!

An exciting day as The Last Jedi premiers on Disney+ (other streaming services are available).

Believe it or not, Monday and Friday this week are school holidays. The work I have assigned will not change due to these holidays, but I will not be on Twitter or Teams on Monday and Friday. There will be no group chat this week on Teams, but we will recommence a call next week.

General

o This chat has been changed to allow only myself to post. So please keep an eye out for any announcements on here. I might add things like challenges and updates.

Home Learning (found within the “General” chat channel)

I have added a folder called “Week Beginning 4th May” and this will be everything you need to access for that week, with an overview, a welcome message and the specific learning.

Assignments (found within the “General” chat channel)

Assignments to be completed every week by a Friday (you can complete these whenever it suits you). There will be a Numeracy, Literacy and IDL assignments every week.

Sumdog

I suggest you go onto Sumdog at the same time as everyone else and this remains at 10:00am Monday to Friday. The house will be open out with normal school opening times.

Once again, Spelling, Grammar and Numeracy will all be focused upon in Sumdog with challenges and assessments.

IDL

Our IDL topic for this term will be “Kilmacolm”.
