Ashelynn Manor
Ceremony:
Ashelynn’s lovely “vintage” chapel will fulfill every bride's dream. Our chapel was completed in 2008 and
was designed in a vintage style with old, country charm that will give your guests the feeling of home,
just like Grandma’s old church.
Reception:
The Manor's Carriage House is a renovated old barn with over 5,000 square feet of space. Our brand
new faux wood ceramic floors, stained wooden walls, crystal chandeliers, and a Texas-sized bar will
welcome your guests as the party gets under way.
Luxurious surroundings await you and your guests with marble floors, grandiose columns, and a circular
staircase with a gorgeous crystal chandelier in the center of the entry way, giving you a view of the
Great Room and foyer below. No detail has been overlooked. Every room has been decorated to make
you and your guests feel right at home. Ashelynn Manor has 25 beautiful acres with a park-like view.

The Angelina ‐ (Ice sculpture on Saturday nights) Italian salad, fettuccini with Alfredo sauce and grilled
chicken breast or a parmesan crusted chicken breast may be substituted for an additional $2.00 per
person, seasoned green beans, rolls/butter and gourmet iced tea.

The Southern Hospitality ‐ Barbeque dinner with 2 meats: Sliced beef brisket and sausage links. Your
choice of two side dishes: homemade baked beans, twice baked potatoes, potato salad or coleslaw.
Fresh sliced bread, all the condiments to go with the meal and gourmet iced tea.

The Gatsby ‐ (1920’s era) Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, creamed corn, pistachio salad or
a salad from our selection, fresh rolls, gourmet iced tea and lemonade punch.

The Emma Leigh – (Ice sculpture on Saturday nights), your choice of salad, chicken breast smothered in
sautéed red onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, three cheeses, and white wine, choice of two sides,

The Cassandra – (Ice sculpture on Saturday nights) your choice of salad, carved roasted beef served with
au jus and creamy horseradish sauce, choice of two sides, fresh rolls/butter and gourmet iced tea.

The Lorino ‐ (Ice sculpture on Saturday nights) A lovely display of assorted deli meat finger sandwiches,
fresh seasonal fruit display with sweet cream dip, a crisp assortment of vegetables served with an herb
dipping sauce, relish display, warm spinach artichoke dip, meatballs served in a special basting sauce,
pasta salad, domestic cheese display with assorted crackers and gourmet iced tea.

Alcohol: Ashelynn Manor does not have a liquor license. However, our clients are permitted to bring
in their own alcohol. A licensed insured bartender from one of our preferred vendors is required. We
feel this is a great advantage for our brides because this can keep their adult beverage cost down by not
having to pay elevated bar cost to the venue. We will provide the contact information to reserve your
bartender. Also required is an additional security officer for events that will be serving alcohol. This is an
additional expense to the client.
Amusement:
Dance Floor: Is located in the reception area.
DJ: $2,000. Two people included + 5hrs event time. DJ services provided by SignatureEventsTX

Olde Dobbin Station” will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures
built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch.

Bar/Alcohol: They have their own bar and bartenders. They charge $1,500 for the beer
and wine set for the 100 guests.
