Blewbury Neighbourhood Development Plan Housing Needs Survey The Blewbury Neighbourhood Plan (BNDP) steering group surveyed all parish households in Autumn 2014. The results help to establish what demand there is for new housing from within Blewbury and also what sort of accommodation might be required. The data presented today will form part of the evidence base for the emerging Blewbury Neighbourhood Plan. 61% Response Rate 467 responded (out of 768 households) The survey has a response rate of 61% (467 out of 768 households) All respondents live in Blewbury and completed the survey in their capacity as head (or joint- head) of the household Six in ten (63%) have lived in Blewbury for more then 10 years 28% live alone, 40% live with one other person, with the remainder (32%) living in larger households The vast majority own their home. 8% live in social rented accommodation and 4% live in a private rented property.
