c. Don’t forget the ? since this is the only distinction in writing.

d. It is normally used only in casual conversation.

La Négation• To make a sentence negative, use “NE … PAS”• Put NE immediately before the verb• Put PAS immediately after the verb– Je suis blonde.– Je NE suis PAS blonde.

• If the verb begins with a vowel, NE becomes N’– Henri est italien.– Henri N’est PAS italien.
