BLENDER SMOOTHIES Fruits & Veggies 1. Liquid Protein Boosters 1 – many Select one to several fruits and veggies. Rough chop and/or peel as necessary. Add to Blender. 2. Add liquid to halfway up your fruits and veggies. 3. Choose at least one protein and add to blender. 4. If using, choose 1-2 flavor boosters. 5. Place lid on blender. Plug in. Turn on. Puree. 6. Check consistency & flavor. Add liquid to loosen if needed. Add more of any flavor. Enjoy!
