Vertical Parts Cleaning System Jensen Fabricating Engineering Inc. East Berlin, Corm.
The JenClean 360 Series vertical ag- itation and rotation cellular, basket cleaning system provides automated wash, rinse, or rust-inhibitor treatment and drying cycles. The automated pro- cess can be run efficiently with a single operator adding and removing baskets of parts to be processed. While a two- tank system is standard, the system can include up to four tanks for additional cycles. Vertical agitation and rotation are combined in the 360 Series to cre- ate a natural hydraulic flushing action for a highly effective scrubbing of the parts within each basket. The system uses multiple nozzles to spray recircu- lating hot air onto rotating parts at high velocity.
